This framed picture is hanging in the bathroom of the cabin we are renting near the Appalachian Trail in Tennessee.
It says: "Relaxing is like playing an instrument. To become proficient, we must practice, practice, practice!"
The cabin and its environs certainly do assist in helping one become proficient at relaxing!
