Ok, now that I'm all caught up on the Nantucket pics (and thanks very much for your patience with that), it's time to catch up on the Tucker pics.

He's 8 weeks old & 8 lbs in these photos....but 9 m onths old & 65 lbs today...muhuhahhaha...attack of the ferocious golden retriever :-)

We love this photo!

This is Kaz, our Golden Retriever puppy, lying outside his bed (covered with his blanket), resting his chin on the edge.

This was just perfect timing as he wasn't in this position for very long. I'm sure dog lovers around the World can testify, they don't stay still for long at this age. :-)

So the nearly full beer was resting in the grass. Two seconds later, it was spilling into the grass and moments after, Rocky was lapping at it. We enhanced the photo by propping the bottle up, but he got it between his paws by himself.

Nap Time in the forest

We are now hanging out 1/4 mile from the lake in a little hollow near a stream. The doggies can run in the forest and frolic in the water without any concern about bothering anybody because I haven't seen a soul near here since the water level dropped. It cracks me up that if I want to have a bit o' nap, all puppy fun comes to a halt and they curl up next to me. They are supposed to be lookouts to warn me of approaching bears, mountain lions, pirates and such.

oh well...
