Vacationing can be hard work. The knuckleheads pretty much passed out after too many days of wild puppy fun. This was in Willapa Bay, WA on our way to Long Island.

Nap Time in the forest

We are now hanging out 1/4 mile from the lake in a little hollow near a stream. The doggies can run in the forest and frolic in the water without any concern about bothering anybody because I haven't seen a soul near here since the water level dropped. It cracks me up that if I want to have a bit o' nap, all puppy fun comes to a halt and they curl up next to me. They are supposed to be lookouts to warn me of approaching bears, mountain lions, pirates and such.
oh well...
