This is our new baby Manx kitten! The foster mom named him Sherman -- not sure yet if the name will stick, but it might. Here he's in our walk-in closet, hiding. He is still shy and hides when I try to take his picture.

Originally, this picture was too dark and grainy for my taste, but I managed to salvage the cuteness by scaling it from the original 12 Megapixels down to the Nokia Internet Tablet wallpaper resolution of 800x480 (also the first generation Asus Eee PC's native resolution). Of course, that only helped with the grain.
I also did some masking, blurring, and color adjustment.
