June 1964 - I fainty remember going to the Johnson farm to pick out the puppy. I didn't know there was a picture of Sandy so small.

The bill was split into two payments, the first for 0.00 as a deposit on the day she was admitted to the hospital, and the remainder charged today at discharge.
